Refund policy

30-day returns, with a free return label.

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. If your return is accepted, we send you a prepaid return label, so sending it back costs you nothing.

To be eligible
Items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Please keep your receipt or order confirmation.

How to start a return
Email us at info@endenbrand.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll send your prepaid label and instructions. Returns go to: 135 Dean Way, Clemson, SC 29631. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's approved. If it is, your refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may need a little extra time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@endenbrand.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The same condition requirements apply.
